Stories of change
What growth can look like

Generalized Anxiety & Low Self-Esteem
Tap to read →This client presented with persistent anxiety, avoidance behaviors, and deep self-criticism that affected daily functioning. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we focused on identifying cognitive distortions, challenging negative core beliefs, and gradually confronting feared situations. Over time, she developed healthier self-talk, improved confidence, and greater emotional resilience. She learned to tolerate uncertainty, take initiative, and continue living meaningfully even when anxiety was present, rather than allowing it to control her choices.
Addiction & Self-Worth
Tap to read →This client entered therapy using substances and addictive behaviors to cope with stress, emotional pain, and unresolved experiences from his past. Through CBT, we explored triggers, cravings, and the belief systems maintaining the addiction cycle. Therapy focused on building alternative coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and self-compassion. Over time, he reduced and stopped the addictive behaviors, developed healthier routines, and rebuilt his sense of self-worth. He gained confidence in managing challenges and maintaining long-term change without relapse.
Post-Partum Depression
Tap to read →This client sought therapy after experiencing persistent low mood, emotional numbness, guilt, and exhaustion following childbirth. Treatment focused on emotional support, mood regulation, identity adjustment, and reducing unrealistic self-expectations around motherhood. We worked on strengthening her support system, processing the transition into motherhood, and rebuilding emotional connection with herself and her baby. Over time, she reported improved mood stability, increased energy, and renewed confidence in her role as a mother.
